Reservation Fee:
To schedule an appointment with Lotus Skin Care Center & Medi-Spa, a $25.00 reservation fee will be charged to your credit card. The client's credit card information will be saved for future transactions. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
As a courtesy to our customers at Lotus Skin Care Center & Medi Spa, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling occurring less than 24 hours before the service is provided will result in an additional $50 fee. A no-call no-show will result in a fee of 50% of the service. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
